If you are NOT looking to buy a house and/or do not have nor are you looking to have an offer to purchase made during The Difference MortgageTM PERIOD: April 05, 2021 – September 15, 2021.

Check your credit score prior to applying. All Applicant(s) must meet the minimum credit “FICO beacon” score of “620+” as stated on the credit report at the time we request the credit bureau from our agency(s). By entering the Sweepstakes you are automatically authorizing us to access your credit score to determine eligibility. Your credit will be accessed to determine your score.

If you ARE looking to buy a home, you MUST use the option of PURCHASE NECESSARY mortgage option and you MUST use the Application Back Link below, at the bottom of the page for your application.

While the NON-PURCHASE NECESSARY application is less restrictive, you must follow the same procedure as the PURCHASE NECESSARY application. Please follow directions carefully.

All documentation must be submitted in “pdf” format.

Do NOT send all documents in one pdf. Separate each document into its own file by the number listed and then attach all documents into one email or the same “one” email thread. All writing MUST be printed and legible. Failure to follow directions will lead to being disqualified.

  1. Application – above – after you fill out the simple application, you will receive an email to continue to fill out the full application. Fill in and submit the full application by accessing that link.
  2. Authorization – download and have signed by all applying parties
  3. RECA Disclosure – download and have signed by all applying parties
  4. Marketing Disclosure – download and have signed by all applying parties
  5. ID – applicant supplied front and back pictures of (Canada or Alberta Government Picture ID, Alberta Health, SIN)
  6. Job Letter – within 30 days of application date – applicant supplied
  7. Bank Statements – 3 months most recent bank statements within 30 days of application date – applicant supplied
  8. T4 – 2 most recent T4(s) within 30 days of application date – applicant supplied
  9. Tax Returns – last two years of tax returns from current and the past year of all applicable (NOA, T1, & T1G) – applicant supplied
